Error description
A near continuous stream of ODCF8532I and ODCF8533I messages are output to SystemOut.log when a star topology has been configured such that there are more active and connected point cells than there are processes in the center cell.

Problem conclusion
A new Intelligent Management P2P neighbor maintenance algorithm had been implement to avoid the neighbor churn indicative of the excessive amount of ODCF8532I and ODCF8533I messages. The new neighbor algorithm is suited for star topologies with a large number of very small linked cells that exhibit the near continuous stream of ODCF8532I and ODCF8533I messages. The new neighbor maintenance algorithm can be enabled by setting cell custom property son.structuredGateways with a value of true and cycling all running processes. If enabling the new neighbor maintenance algorithm in an existing star topology, enable it on the center cell first followed by all point cells. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.1.
