    *                      when installing, editing, or updating a *
    *                      Websphere Enterprise application.       *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When installing, editing, or updating a WebSphere Enterprise
    application containing a message destination reference, the
    resource specified for the message destination is flagged as
    out of scope with a warning message similar to the following:
    ADMA0114W: Resource assignment with JNDI name
    ...... is not found within scope of
    module ...... with URI ............. deployed to target
    WebSphere:cell=G.........,node=.........,server=.......
    .
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code has been corrected to recognize resources that are in
    scope.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.7 and the fix pack following
    8.5.0.2.
