Error description

• BigDecimal values containing leading whitespace (for example:
  <decimalValue> 12.3</decimalValue>) might be skipped by the
  JAXB Unmarshaller when processing an XML document, resulting in
  JAXB objects with missing values. This issue would occur on
  the second and subsequent responses from a JAX-WS based web
  service.

Problem conclusion

• The issue was fixed by correcting a logical error within the
  JAXB Unmarshaller that could cause it to skip over BigDecimal
  values containing leading whitespace.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.6 and the fix pack following 8.5.0.2. Please
