APAR status

Error description

• In Japanese locale, when clicking roadmap button in WebSphere
  Plugins Configuration Tool, it tries to launch
  index_roadmap_ja.html file which does not exist, and an error
  message pops up stating 'The specified path does not exist'.

  Clicking the roadmap button in Web Server Plug-in Configuration
  Tool (PCT) in Japanese locale, PCT tries to open
  index_roadmap_ja.html which does not exist.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix includes launching the default index_roadmap_en.html
  if the Japanese version does not exist.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.5.0.2 and 8.0.0.6.  Please refer to the
