Error description
Currently there is no limit on how many logs can be created by the post installer. This can cause problems on systems with limited space, especially that of z/os where it is not as easy to expand the available space.

Although the log files are small in size, in time it could cause a problem on systems with limited storage space available. This is especially an issue on z/os where the available space cannot be easily expandable.
Problem conclusion
An option has been added to the wasprofile.properties file to determine a criteria for how many logs to keep around from post installer. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.0.0.6 and the fix pack following 8.5.0.2.
