Error description

• The reported issues below occurs in latest browsers except
  Microsoft Internet Explorer and older versions of Mozilla
  Firefox.
  
  SelectAll and DeselectAll option for certain panels like
  Tivoli Performance Viewer (TPV) and Tivoli Performance Advisor
  (TPA) doesn't work.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been handled to work on all IBM supported
  browsers.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
