**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server V7.0 Session Initiation Protocol * * (SIP) container * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The SIP container sets the wrong * * contact header in outgoing requests * * and responses. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** In case where UCF messages are ignored by setting the "ignore.ucf.messages.from.proxy" custom property to true the SIP container sets the wrong outbound interface in the contact header.
Problem conclusion
In OutgoingSipServletResponse and OutgoingSipServletRequest classes, we changed the code setting the Contact header to use the default interface for the transport upon which we are sending the message.
