Error description
A call is made to Virtual Memeber Manager (VMM) to update a property of type DateTime in a property extension database. SYMPTOMS The update fails with the following exception: Error converting timestamp: java.lang.String incompatible with java.sql.Timestamp [...] Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-ddhh:mm:ss.fffffffff ENVIRONMENT Any WebSphere Application Server V8.0 environment RECREATION 1) Submit an update to Virtual Member Manager on a property extension database attribute of type DateTime with the a value similar to the following: 2013-01-09T00:27:41.326+00:00 2) The update will fail with the error message.

Problem conclusion
This fix corrects the code to handle DateTime data type format while updating property extension database.
