PM83394: THE ZPMT.SH COMMMAND ALWAYS INSTALLS OPTIONAL APPLICATIONS.

Error description

• The zpmt.sh command does not build the omitAction value in the
  response file that it generates for creating a profile. This
  causes any user specifications to not install optional
  applications to be ignored.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The customization jobs generated by     *
  *                      the zpmt.sh command always install      *
  *                      the administrative console and default  *
  *                      application.                            *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The customization jobs that are generated by the zpmt.sh
  command do not generate the omitAction value in the set of
  arguments that are used to create a given profile. This causes
  the administrative console and default application to be
  installed even when zInstallAdminConsole=false and
  zInstallDefaultApp=false have been specified in the input
  zpmt.sh response file.
  

Problem conclusion

• The zpmt.sh command will be updated to specify the appropriate
  omitAction value when creating a profile when
  zInstallAdminConsole=false and/or zInstallDefaultApp=false
  have been specified in the input zpmt.sh response file.
  
  APAR PM83394 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  8.5.5 of WebSphere Application Server for z/OS V8.5.
