Error description

jndiContextName property in datasource properties fails
XAResourceInfo comparison, so that new entry is unexpectedly
added into PartnerLog and log file size growing.

If PartnerLog file size is not expanded sufficiently, may
encounter LogFullException

Same issue was reported under apar PM77149.  However, at that
time that apar was cancelled as it was not recreatable.  This
new apar replaces that one.

J2CXAResourceInfo data are persisted in partner log but in some
case it failed to find the existing match and creates duplicate
entries in partner log.

Problem conclusion

The fix addressed the issue with comparison and will create the
J2CXAResourceInfo data only if not existing.

APAR PM83813 is currently targeted for inclusion in WebSphere
Application Server Fix Packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.7, and a 8.5.5.1.
