  When attempting to access the Runtime Operations area, Reports
  link on the left hand navigation of the WebSphere Application
  Server V8.5 Administrative Console, there are errors. This is
  with Microsoft Internet Explorer only.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to resolve exceptions gracefully without
  causing a blank panel
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.0.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
