The customization instructions that are generated by the
Profile Management Tool for z/OS list the Unix System
Services privileges that are required to run the customization
jobs. The instructions do not correctly reflect the behavior
of the SAF UNIXPRIV profile CHOWN.UNRESTRICTED in all z/OS
environments.

The customization instructions that are generated by the
Profile Management Tool for z/OS do not correctly reflect the
behavior of the SAF UNIXPRIV profile CHOWN.UNRESTRICTED in all
z/OS environments.

Problem conclusion

The customization instructions that are generated by the
Profile Management Tool for z/OS have been updated to state
requirements for the SAF UNIXPRIV profile CHOWN.UNRESTRICTED
that are valid for all z/OS environments.

APAR PM84372 requires changes to documentation.

CHOWN.UNRESTRICTED" as appropriate.

APAR PM84372 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Levels 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.7 and the service level that follows
8.5.0.2 of WebSphere Application Server for z/OS and
WebSphere Customization Toolbox.
