Error description
In the ISC application's WIMPortlet, there is a hard code path vs. a variable. This makes WebSphere Application Server less portable.

Problem conclusion
Made changes to use a WebSphere Application Server variable instead of the hard coded path. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.29.
