Error description

When an IP is changed for a host, SOAP code does not
recognize it due to management of a static host/ip table

Local fix

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an IP address that is used by      *
*                      the JMX SOAP connector is changed, it   *
*                      is not recognized.                      *

* RECOMMENDATION:  Install a fix pack that contains this       *
*                  APAR.                                       *
****************************************************************
When an IP address that is used by the JMX SOAP connector is
changed, it is not recognized.  The previous IP value
continues to be used.

Problem conclusion

The SOAP engine used by the SOAP Connector caches the IP
address for performance reasons and was not properly handling
the error paths when the IP was changed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.47. 7.0.0.31, 8.0.0.7 and 8.5.5.1.
