Error description

• commonj.sdo.helper.EqualityHelper returns false if XML has
  different comments.

  In the comparison algorithm, there is no flag to detect and
  skip over comments, causing two identical XML documents (with
  different comments) to not be considered equal.
  

Problem conclusion

• The comparison algorithm has now been fixed to skip over any
  type of comments. As a result, any identical documents
  (with different comments) are considered equal.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  Feature Pack for XML fix pack 1.0.0.15 Please refer to the
