Error description

For a given runtime of a WebSphere Application Server JVM,
whichever SAML Web SSO error page (defined by the
ACSTrustAssociationInterceptor's sso_<id>_error.page property)
is first served to any client by the server remains the only
error page ever served to subsequent clients, even if multiple
error page definitions exist. This behavior is "reset" after
the JVM is recycled.

Local fix

Use an IdentityProviderMapping class to generate error page
URLs, rather than using a hardcoded error page definition.

The first error page value was cached and reused even when
multiple error pages are defined.  The cache was removed to
resolve this issue.

Problem conclusion

Code has been updated so that correct error page is served for
client.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.35, 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the
