PROBLEM:   SystemOut.log contains many occurrences of the
warning:
SRVE8094W:  WARNING: Cannot set header. Response already
committed.
-related to known apache issue:
Add new Web Context Parameter to set Resource Buffer Size to
prevent the "WARNING: Cannot set header. Response already
committed." message for JSF resources. This message in the log
is known to occur on WebSphere Application Server but may
also occur on other application servers.

While handling a resource using the JSF MyFaces'
ResourceHandler, it sets the content length header after the
response is already committed, resulting in a warning message:
"WARNING: Cannot set header. Response already committed."

Problem conclusion

The following fix was pulled into WebSphere Application Server
from the Apache MyFaces Open Source Community to resolve this
problem:

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.7 and 8.5.5.1. Please refer to the recommended
