PM85574: JSP TAGLIBS NOT AVAILABLE TO THE TOOLS

Error description

• Creating a JavaServer Pages (JSP) file using Eclipse with the
  standard JSP (html) template and including the jsp tag library
  as follows
  <%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core"%>
  may result in Eclipse displaying an error message that the
  resources cannot be found.

  If the user has a JSP file and uses the following tag library:
  <%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core"%>
  WebSphere Application Server Developer Tools for Eclipse may
  show an error indicating that the resources cannot be found.
  However, this error message should not affect the application
  compiling and running.
  

Problem conclusion

• The jar filess containing the required tag libraries were not
  made available to WebSphere Application Server Developer Tools
  for Eclipse. This has been changed so that the tag libraries
  are now available to the tools.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.0. Please refer to the Recommended
