Problem conclusion
The portlet container code is changed to handle portlet URLs that are contained in cached markup correctly. The portlet URL is rewritten when the markup fragment is served from the cache. This ensures that the portlet URL accords to the actual state. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.
