• The property value is not correctly recognized when there is
  white space at the end of it.

  Application Server recognizes the property value by matching
  the whole string without ignoring meaningless white space.
  That causes a failure handling property values that end with
  white space.
  

Problem conclusion

• The web service runtime is changed to detect this scenario and
  read property values correctly from the MANIFEST.MF file.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
