Error description
During WSDL Processing, the order of the types being loaded is not guaranteed. As a result, Property.getType() will not always return the correct type.

Problem conclusion
The type processing algorithm has now been fixed to always load type objects in a consistent and correct order. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.0.0.7 and 8.5.5.
