Error description

  • An open SCA OASIS application with a jar embedded in a jar does
    not start.  The following FFDC appears.

Problem conclusion

  • The problem occurs because the outer jar has been expanded
    under the installedAssets folder.  The code expects to find an
    unexpanded jar.  The code that installs the jar has been
    changed to ensure the jar is not expanded.  After applying the
    fix it is necessary to delete the jar asset from the
    composition unit and add it back.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    the fix pack following 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
