• When proxy creates virtual branch, re INVITE should be
  detected as subsequent request.

  When an application acts as a proxy and creates a Virtual
  Branch, reInvite received by the application was not
  recognized as a subsequent request.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, when a proxy creates virtual branch, the correct state of
  the related dialog is stored correctly, and the next incoming
  reINVITE is recognized as subsequent request.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.0.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
