Error description

• Calls to ExpressionFactory.newInstance report
  ClassNotFoundException. This is due to the incorrect
  classloader being used

  Application classloader was not used when loading the
  Expression Factory, which could lead to ClassNotFoundException
  at runtime when ExpressionFactory.newInstance() is called.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the JavaServer Pages (JSP) component so that the
  correct classloader would be used when loading  the
  ExpressionFactory.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.0 Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
