Error description

• There are missing entitled capacity stats and an
  InvalidIndexKeyException is thrown when using the Reports.

  First, the Visualization Data Service was not receiving the
  entitled capacity stats. Second, retrieving TCModule stats for
  a node scope caused the InvalidIndexKeyException.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to properly log entitled capacity, and to
  prevent exceptions for TCModule stats.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.0.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
