Closed as program error.

Error description

An address space connects to the node agent and then goes away.
When the node agent finishes processing the accept from the
other address space the node agent tries to schedule an SRB
back to wake up the other address space, but this fails because
the other address space is gone.

The node agent should not take an abend/dump in this case.

An address space connects to the node agent and then goes away.
When the node agent finishes processing the local accept from
the other address space the node agent tries to schedule an
SRB back to the other address space. The schedule fails because
the other address space is gone and WebSphere Application
Server for z/OS issues an abend CC3 reason code 040E0001.

Problem conclusion

Changed the code to not abend and dump when the schedule fails
because the target address space is gone.

APAR PM86736 is currently targeted for inclusion in
Fix Packs 8.0.0.7 and 8.5.5.1 of WebSphere Application
Server.
