Error description

Problem summary

However, if the user has no read access to IM logs directory, ICH408I warning message is shown.
Problem conclusion
The API is corrected such that it does not check if the IM log directory exists or not on z/OS. APAR PM86739 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs 8.0.0.7 and 8.5.5.1 of WebSphere Application Server.
