When installing an application to a target with a space in its name, it causes application install to fail.

Problem conclusion
The logic to handle blanks in a deployment target has been corrected. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5. The same problem is fixed in V8.0 by PM92510.
