Error description

• When installing an application to a target with a space in its
  name, it causes application install to fail.

  When a target containing blank(s) in its name is mapped to an
  application, extra quotation marks are added to the target
  name resulting in application deployment failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic to handle blanks in a deployment target has been
  corrected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5. The same problem is fixed in V8.0 by PM92510.
