The exception was The bundle "com.xxxxxxx.xxxxxx..x.x.x.SP [26]" could not be resolved. Reason: Missing Constraint: Import-Package: com.xxxxxxx.xxxxx.gateway.soap.ws.adapter; version="[5.1.0,6.0.0)".

On complex, or slow systems, the application's bundles may not be resolved before the limit is reaced.
Problem conclusion
The OSGi framework in use by EBA applications has been updated to allow a timeout value in milliseconds to be specified as a JVM option, for example: -Dosgi.usesTimeout=600000 The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.1.
