Error description
64-bit Microsoft Windows crashes when LB reassembles fragmented packets. There are structure overlays involved in reassembling fragmented packets. The overlays are not aligned so it results in an invalid pointer and a crash.

As part of this reassembly, two structures must align and they were not aligned across 64bit machines. This lead to an invalid pointer and subsequent crash.
Problem conclusion
Corrected the structures so that they align. Affects the Load Balancer for ipv4 only on Microsoft Windows 64 bit machines. Fix levels : 6.1.0.52 7.0.0.30 8.0.0.7 8.5.5.1
