• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When trying to build a project in Worklight Studio, the error
  "Optimization folders exist but are missing from
  application-descriptor.xml: android" appears in the console.
  

Local fix

• Delete the android folder from the project explorer view and
  then add the Android environment back to the application (if
  desired.)
