Error description

• Starting the WebSphere Application Server Liberty profile server
  installed by Worklight Server fails, and the console.log file
  contains the error message:
  "[err] Exception installing com.ibm.ws.kernel.service_1.0.1.jar:
  
  [err] org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Error converting
  plugin at ..."
  

Local fix

• Choose a Worklight Server installation directory that does not
  contain a '#' or '?' character.

Problem conclusion
