Error description
The EJB injection works correctly the first two times but fails the third time. The @EJB WorkingLocal is null value in the output. The problem occurs in conjection with the CDI startup property: "com.ibm.ws.cdi.immediate.ejb.start=true".

This * * can lead to unwanted events being * * observed and/or Null Pointer * * Exceptions. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** An internally generated CDI managed bean was getting generated and involved in event firing when processing Enterprise Edition injectable components. This errant involvement might lead to the customer application seeing duplicate managed beans and/or NullPointerExceptionss during event/observer processing.
Problem conclusion
The internally generated CDI managed bean has be removed from duplicate event firing and processing. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.0.0.7, and 8.5.5.1.
