* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In some cases, when "sync to OS         *
*                      thread" is enabled, "INSUFFICIENT       *
*                      AUTHORITY" message may show up in the   *
*                      logs.                                   *

The "sync to OS thread" option requires some special handling
of cases in which file access is required.  This handling was
missing from the WAS Extension Class Loader, and in some cases
class loading could trigger an "INSUFFICIENT AUTHORITY"
message.  This message was generally benign, as the class load
would ultimately complete successfully, but could cause
confusion for customers when analyzing the job logs.

Problem conclusion

Handling for this case was added to the Extension Class Loader.

APAR PM88947 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
7.0.0.31, 8.0.0.8, and 8.5.5.2 of WebSphere Application Server.
