• A set of messages issued by the collective command-line
  utility are misleading about the severity of the errors, and
  the following options are inconsistent: --key and --encoding.
  These options are not expressly flagged as optional. The
  --javaHome option is missing from the help text.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the messages which were misleading, inconsistent or
  incomplete. Specifically the --key and --encoding argument
  descriptions were correctly identified as optional and
  the argument description was added for --hostJavaHome.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
