Error description
1) WAS admin task code only handles the first backslash character properly. As a result,if there are more than one backslash characters in user ID, it isn't diplayed properly. 2) If there is a escaped character as "\<" or "\>" in user ID, WAS config service code doesn't escape these strings prior to construct ConfigService object.

Problem conclusion
