Error description
Customer will be unable to use Installation Manager console mode to install or update WebSphere Application Server on z/OS V8.5 Fix pack 8.5.5.0
Local fix
Option 1: Customers may use the Installation Manager command line mode or response files to install or update to WebSphere Application Server for zOS V8.5 Fix pack 8.5.5.0. --OR-- Option 2: Customers may download and apply the iFix for PM89131 from IBM Fix Central, which will be available the same day as or very soon after the eGA of the WebSphere Application Server for z/OS V8.5 Fix pack 8.5.5.0. The interim fix must be downloaded and installed simultaneously with 8.5.5.0 whether installing Fix pack 8.5.5.0 for the first time or as an upgrade to an older 8.5.0.x fix pack. To download the iFix from Fix Central: 1) Go to IBM Fix Central: http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/ 2) Select: WebSphere > WebSphere Application Server > 8.5.5.0 > z/OS 3) Click the "Continue" button 4) Enter "PM89131" in the "APAR or SPR" field 5) Click the "Continue" button 6) Download the interim fix package --OR-- Option 3: Customers may pick up the fix for APAR PM89131 by waiting for and upgrading to WebSphere Application Server for z/OS V8.5 Fix pack 8.5.5.1.

Problem conclusion
Update the bundle RemoveLibertyOrBlockLibertyUpdate. If it gets 'Empty job list' at IM console mode return OK instead of error. APAR PM89131 is currently targeted for inclusion Fix Pack 8.5.5.1 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
