• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Email plugin is not being properly registered as an extension
  to the task management provider list.  This causes the
  task.email.custom.body Cell custom property to not function
  properly.

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to properly register an extension for
  task email customization.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
