• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer is getting ?The job <TLJ_name>.xml cannot be saved
  because it has incorrect syntax? on the JMC console while saving
  xJCL for the Top Level Job.
  

Local fix

• The workaround is to substitute value="${jobType}" with
  value="replacewith_actual_subjobname".

Problem conclusion

• The Job Scheduler has been updated to handle saving WCG 611
  style of top level job xjcl.  The fix for this APAR is
  currently targeted for inclusion in fixpack 8.0.0.3. Please
