Error description

A ClassNotFoundException is thrown when loading com.ibm.ws.
wmqra.zdispatcher.WMQRAMessageReferenceToken class. This
happens when CRA dispatches work to SR on z/OS.

The above exception occurs due to the package
"com.ibm.ws.wmqra.zdispatcher"  is not exported in the
com.ibm.ws.sib.server.jar bundle.

Problem conclusion

The defect has been fixed by adding the entry
"com.ibm.ws.wmqra.zdispatcher" in the export list of
com.ibm.ws.sib.server.jar/MANIFEST.MF file.

APAR PM89729 is currently targeted for inclusion in WebSphere
Application Server Fix Packs 7.0.0.33, 8.0.0.9, and 8.5.5.2
of WebSphere Application Server.
