Error description

• This lookup of the default cache instance:
  DistributedMap dm
  =(DistributedMap)ic.lookup("services/cache/distributedmap");
  fails with a ClassCastException:
  java.lang.ClassCastException:
  com.ibm.ws.cache.CacheServiceImpl cannot be cast to
  com.ibm.websphere.cache.DistributedMap

Problem conclusion

• The distributedMap-1.0 feature definition has been modified to
  include the services it needs.
