• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Non-serviceable files on WebSphere Customization Toolbox (WCT)
  are not serviceable through postinstall config actions because
  the postinstaller is not available on WCT.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  Any files modified would not be backed up and restored upon
  fix pack install or rollback. As a result changes to any WCT
  files will be overwritten upon fix pack install or rollback.
  

Problem conclusion

• Backup and restore mechanism of non-serviceable files are
  removed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.7 and 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the
