Error description

• The Expression Language(EL) does not handle a missing property
  correctly. An exception is eventually thrown rather than the
  expected "???missing_property_name???"

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The EL ResourceBundleELResolver does    *
  *                      not set a property as resolved if the   *
  *                      property does not exist.                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If a property does not exist in a ResourceBundle the EL
  ResourceBundleELResolver does not mark the property as
  resolved. Therefore, the other EL Resolvers will try to act on
  the property and eventually an exception is thrown rather than
  "???missing property name???" being displayed in the place of
  the missing property.
  

Problem conclusion

• The EL code was corrected to set a missing property in a
  ResourceBundle as resolved.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the
