• The SIP container rejects the requests that have a '/'
  character as a URI parameter name.

  When a uri contains a character that is s paramchar but not
  allowed in token characters (see rfc 3261 chapter 25.1) then
  the uri processing fails and fails the message processing and
  a 400 error is sent.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added temporary custom property uri.param.char that if it is
  true then uri parameter are processed as 1*paramchar and if it
  is false then they are processed as token.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.1. Please refer to the Recommended
