Error description

With multi-servant enabled, when pausing activation specificatio
ns (Through admin console or scripting) the MDB using the paused
activiation specification is still delivering messages.

In a multi-servant server environment, message endpoints are
paused or resumed on only one servant region, and the messages
are
processed by other servant regions.

Problem conclusion

The fix addressed the issue and will invoke the pause and
resume operations on all servants and adjunct regions of a
server where the message endpoint is active.

APAR PM90582 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2 of WebSphere Application Server.

Sysrouted APAR PI07959 will provide the fix for this APAR in
WebSphere Application Server V7.0 Fix Pack 7.0.0.31.
