Closed as program error.

Error description

A Compute Grid job is dispatched to the Application Server
Endpoint, but remains in status submitted. Customer have to stop
 the corresponding LRS to clean up the status.
When they stop the LRS, we see following message:
Exception during JobWatcher.checkIfJobEnded for ......J2CA0695E:
Unable to find primary pool manager during failover

A SQLException occurs in the ContainerConnectionManager
while trying to obtain a connection that is printed to the
logs but is not handled, bypassing the connection retry
feature.

Problem conclusion

The failed attempt to obtain a connection is thrown to calling
methods to handle possible retry attempts.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 8.0.0.4. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
