Error description

• For the rest connection timeout,
  "com.ibm.ws.jmx.connector.client.rest.ClientProvider.READ_TIMEOU
  T" is being used in restConnector.py.
  
  This needs to change to use a new package:
  "com.ibm.websphere.jmx.connector.rest.ConnectorSettings.READ_TIM
  EOUT".
  
  The change also needs to be reflected in the README.

  EOUT", and the README has been updated as well.
