Problem conclusion

  • When starting a JAX-RPC web service application, the web
    service engine will parse the WSDL and its imported schema
    files using DOM XML parser, which expects a valid URI
    compliant to RFC 3986.  The error happened when an invalid URI
    was passed to DOM XML parser.
    
    The JAX-RPC runtime is changed to detect this scenario and pass
    a valid RFC 3896 URI to DOM XML parser.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix packs 7.0.0.31, 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the
