  When new Compute Grid jobs are submitted to the Job Scheduler
  at the same time as older completed Compute Grid jobs are being
  purged from the system, there exists a window where a new job
  might be assigned a job id of an older job that has not been
  fully purged.  When this happens the new job will experience
  execution errors.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Compute Grid runtime was updated to allow the purge to
  occur in a synchronous manner, thus preventing job id number
  reuse until after a older job is fully purged from the system.
  Then and only then may the job id of the purged job be
  re-used. This eliminated submission and execution errors
  experienced by newer jobs assigned previously used job id's.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 8.0.0.4. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
