Error description

• When a keystore has a failure loading the error does not
  indicate there can be a problem with the SSL configuration
  that uses it.

  mention that the SSL configuration will not initialize due to
  the keystore failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• Provided an additional message stating that a keystore's
  failure will cause the SSL configuration not to get
  initialized.
